CARING FOR YOUR BAKED GOODS
Cupcakes: Store your cupcakes at room temperature and do not refrigerate. If you are eating your cupcakes the same day, you can leave them in the box on the counter. If you are eating them the next day, wrap the box in plastic and leave on the counter. If you are saving them for the future, place the wrapped box in the freezer and take the box out, leave it on the counter and unwrap it 4 hours before consumption.
Cakes: Cakes with VANILLA BUTTERCREAM or CREAM CHEESE FROSTING should be refrigerated and taken out 4 hours before consuming.
Cakes with GANACHE or CHOCOLATE FROSTING should not be refrigerated and should be left out on the counter. Chocolate frosting cakes can be frozen if you are not eating them in the next 2 days and ganache cakes can go in the fridge if you're not eating for the next 2 days. Always give cakes enough time to come to room temp to serve.
Cookies: Keep in air tight containers or zip lock for up to 3 days. After 3 days, best to keep frozen. Cookies freeze very well.
Brownies: keep on the counter for 2 days. After that, they can be refrigerated or frozen.
